Hot Dub Time Machine is the World’s First Time Travelling DJ, a global festival smash-hit and the Best. Party. Ever! Hot Dub has broken dance floors at sold-out shows all over the globe, along with festival slots at Coachella, Reading and Leeds Festival, T in the Park, Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival and plenty more.
Recently he’s taken the party outside, into beautiful vineyards across Australia, creating ‘Hot Dub Wine Machine.’ Wine Machine is a carefully curated party experience, featuring a full line-up of awesome local musicians and top quality food and wine. Each of the first 6 events were totally sold-out, with over 45,000 Hot Dubbers dancing amongst the vines.
Hot Dub, aka Tom Loud (Lowndes) from Sydney, Australia, has been djing since 2002. He created and first performed Hot Dub Time Machine in 2011 and has built it into an epic festival act and an integral part of the musical landscape. Tom DJs exclusively with real vinyl and uses software to control visuals and audio from actual turntables. The show is performed totally live, with songs played in their original form and presented with epic custom videos, which are layered and manipulated in real time. No show is exactly the same, each experience is unique and the only way to fully understand it is to get up the front and dance.
Appearing virtually on screen is Lulu Loud (Alexandra Plim), the Hot Dub Cabin Attendant and Time Lord. Alexandra and Tom recently created Kid/Dub: a time-travelling dance-party for kids that is touring Australia and the UK. Get more info about Kid/Dub here:
